After CII Tower and Park View RESIDENCE handed over to the Customers, ProsBuilders Ourselves are so exited and proud that we has contributed to the success of the “Combined Office Building Complex” addressed at 152 Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District, HCMC”. ProsBuild was awarded for finishing package of this 02 projects including CII Office Tower and Park View Residence.

Each project is the challenge that ProsBuild team must strive to conquer in order to get to perfection criteria and bring satisfaction to the Clients and Partners.

For office projects, in addition to meeting the professional, international quality management system of Turner Consultant, the project schedule is also a big challenge. It takes only 5 months (from August 2020 to December 2020) for us to carry out all the finishing works of the 27-storey building under the urgent timeline so that construction, MEP and Aluminum Glass works are run smoothly and timely.

Immediately after the success of the office project, ProsBuild was entrusted by the Client to execute the finishing package for 27-storey Park View apartment building, including: construction, plastering, waterproofing, screening, brick and stone tiling, wooden floors, painting, sanitary partitions, doors of all kinds, fireproof steel doors, metal works for the entire indoor and outdoor area of the whole building. It takes only 10 months (from April 2021) for PROSBUILD to keep the Schedule. It is rather pressure but we immediately have implemented the project as below:

• Organize the project management Board;
• Coordinate inspection and completion of the structural works;
• Prepare shopdrawing drawings, construction methods;
• Submit samples of materials for approval.

Focus on selection and mobilization of construction labor forces. During the first 30 days, amount of 250-300 workers have been mobilized daily for the works. This is the great effort from ProsBuild team in the target to overcome the struggle schedule.

Unluckily, the project is postponed due to the Covid19 pandemic. By this way, we have understood that the beliefs and co-operation among the Clients and partners are the key for obstacles overcome, especially in the slowdown of the market.

Through the above two projects, ProsBuild has proved that we ourselves could handle the finishing work package for large-scale projects by our specialized construction management as well as available work forces.
